1950年代より、雑誌『ジュニアそれいゆ』の表紙を飾った少女のイラストレーションで人気を博す。1971年創刊、日本初の商業ゲイ雑誌『薔薇族』では、80年代より表紙を手掛ける。

Since the 1950s, he gained popularity for his illustrations of girls featured on the covers of the magazine "Junior Soleil." From the 1980s, he also created the covers for "Barazoku," Japan’s first commercial gay magazine, which was launched in 1971.
